Orders and Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and select international destinations. Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery
Each order is prepared with care. Processing time for in-stock pieces is typically 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Domestic shipping usually takes around 2 business days after dispatch; international delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Changes or Cancellations
Orders can be updated or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to make changes once your order is in motion.

Carriers
We ship through USPS, FedEx, UPS, and other national postal services depending on destination.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link once your package ships. If you haven’t received it within 7 business days, please email hello@redsoilkin.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered,” we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. If your order doesn’t arrive, please reach out to the carrier first to open a claim, then contact us with your order number so we can help where possible.

Customs & Duties
For international customers, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Red Soil Kin is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or third-party handling.

Delays & Responsibility
Every item is shipped with care, but timing can shift due to carrier delays, weather, or customs. These circumstances are beyond our control, though we’ll always do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
We accept returns for store credit or exchange on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 10 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds.

How to Start a Return
Email hello@redsoilkin.com with your order number and, if needed, photos of the item. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.

International Returns
Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. If a prepaid label is provided, that cost will be deducted from your store credit. Original shipping, duties, and taxes cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
Exchanges for another size (same style) are available only if stock allows. Replacement items ship once the original return is marked In Transit and cannot be changed.

Final Sale Items
All pre-orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom Work
We occasionally accept custom orders or collaborations. For inquiries, please email hello@redsoilkin.com.

Damages or Defects
If your item arrives damaged or flawed, contact us within 10 days at hello@redsoilkin.com with photos. We can only assist with purchases made through our official online store.

Materials & Craft
Each piece is made by hand. Natural variations in color, texture, and pattern are part of the story of the material and should be expected. No two are ever exactly alike, color variations are to be expected.

Right to Decline Returns
We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear, use, or alteration.

Product Notes
We do our best to present colors and details accurately, but variations may occur depending on screen settings and the natural dye process.
